Ingredients

1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced fresh ginger (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Optional garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds


Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
