Ingredients
- 1 pound pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine pork belly cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Optionally, add soy sauce for extra flavor and mix well.
