Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)


Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine pork belly cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Optionally, add soy sauce for extra flavor and mix well.
