  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp green onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or stovetop to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Grill the hot dogs until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Lightly toast the hot dog buns on the grill.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture inside each hot dog bun.
  • Place the grilled hot dogs into the buns, then top with crumbled bacon and sliced jalapeños.
  • Garnish with green onions if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra spice, leave the seeds in the jalapeños or add a drizzle of hot sauce. You can also substitute turkey bacon for a lighter version.
