Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1/3 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, wine, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over shrimp.
