4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Alabama White Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp horseradish (prepared)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Alabama White Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, mustard, and garlic powder. Season to taste.
Chill until ready to serve.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
