Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in a greased casserole dish.
