Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Spread half the chicken mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
- Layer the ham and Swiss cheese on top of the chicken mixture, then spread Dijon mustard over the cheese.
- Add the remaining chicken mixture on top, pressing it down to seal the edges.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken if preferred.
