Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (16 oz) package processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, processed cheese, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced green chilies to the skillet.
  • Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or as a topping for nachos.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
