Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (16 oz) package processed cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, processed cheese, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced green chilies to the skillet.
- Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or as a topping for nachos.
