Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets, skinless
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper until soft.
  4. Add cream, broth, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  6. Flake the salmon and add it to the sauce. Combine with cooked pasta.
  7. Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve hot.
