Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, skinless
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add cream, broth, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Flake the salmon and add it to the sauce. Combine with cooked pasta.
- Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot.
