Keyword-rich and easy to make, this creamy salmon pasta is a must-try for seafood and pasta lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 2 salmon fillets (skinless, about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook salmon in olive oil for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove and flake.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice; cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add flaked salmon and cooked pasta; toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can substitute salmon with smoked salmon or canned salmon. Add spinach or peas for extra veggies.
