Description

This creamy steak pasta recipe delivers the ultimate comfort food experience. Juicy, tender slices of seasoned steak are tossed with al dente pasta and coated in a velvety garlic parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or indulgent weekend meals, this one-pan dish is easy, flavorful, and satisfying.

Ingredients

12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ cup beef broth

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest, then slice thinly.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic, add beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened.

Combine: Add pasta and sliced steak to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.

Use freshly grated parmesan for better texture and flavor.

For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
