Ingredients
12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup beef broth
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest, then slice thinly.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic, add beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened.
