Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or seasoned)

1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey + red pepper flakes)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
