Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
10-12 fresh strawberries (halved or whole)

Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just about to boil.
Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth.
Mix in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Pour a small amount of the chocolate mixture into each cup.
Place fresh strawberries in each cup, pressing slightly into the chocolate.
