Ingredients

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb scallops

1/2 lb white fish (like cod or haddock), cut into chunks

1 cup cooked rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp butter, melted

Optional: parsley for garnish


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, mayo, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the cooked rice and cheddar cheese.

Gently fold in the shrimp, scallops, and fish chunks.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
