Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add gnocchi and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and spinach (if using), then return the chicken to the pan.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
