Description

This No-Bake Cheesecake Jars recipe is an effortless and fun way to enjoy creamy cheesecake without the hassle of baking. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries or fruit compote (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling into each jar on top of the graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, top with fresh berries or fruit compote if desired.

Notes
