Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh berries or fruit compote (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into each jar on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries or fruit compote if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute the graham cracker crust with crushed cookies for a different flavor.
- These jars can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
