Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add ranch seasoning, beef broth, and milk. Stir well.
Stir in pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once pasta is cooked and sauce thickened, stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
