Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow or shells)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in beef broth, milk, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, paprika, and uncooked pasta. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Turn off the heat and stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
