Ingredients

For Dough:

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp instant yeast

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm milk

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 eggs

For Filling:

2 cups diced fresh or canned peaches

⅓ cup brown sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp cornstarch

For Cobbler Topping:

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup cold butter, cubed

Pinch of cinnamon

For Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

23 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, yeast, and let sit for 5 mins. Add eggs, melted butter, and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.

Prepare Filling: Cook peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch until thickened. Let cool.

Roll & Fill: Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread peach filling evenly. Roll tightly and cut into 12 rolls.

Cobbler Topping: Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter with a fork until crumbly.

Assemble & Rise: Place rolls in greased pan. Top with crumble. Let rise 30–45 mins.

Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins until golden.

Glaze: Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

Use fresh summer peaches for the best flavor, but canned or frozen peaches work great year-round.

Rolls can be prepped the night before and baked fresh in the morning.

Add a touch of nutmeg or ginger for extra warmth.
