Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit and place 2-3 slices of pepperoni and a pinch of mozzarella in the center.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
