1 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

1 lb Italian sausage links, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage.
