Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
