Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Ice cubes
1 cup sparkling water or club soda
Extra mint and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, muddle the blueberries and mint leaves together.
Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice. Stir well.
