Description

This Summer Blueberry Mint Fizz Drink Recipe is a refreshing and vibrant summer beverage made with juicy blueberries, fresh mint, and sparkling water. It's naturally sweetened, easy to make, and perfect for cooling off on a hot day. A delightful non-alcoholic fizz drink ideal for parties, barbecues, or relaxing afternoons.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries

6-8 fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Ice cubes

1 cup sparkling water or club soda

Extra mint and blueberries for garnish

Instructions

In a small bowl, muddle the blueberries and mint leaves together.

Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice. Stir well.

Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over it.

Top with sparkling water and gently stir.

Garnish with mint leaves and extra blueberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey/maple syrup.

Try using lime juice instead of lemon for a twist.

Can be made ahead without the sparkling water; add fizz just before serving.
