Description

This Summer Fruit Salad with Mint and Almonds is a vibrant, refreshing dish made with a mix of juicy seasonal fruits, fresh mint leaves, and crunchy toasted almonds. Perfect for brunch, picnics, or as a healthy dessert, this fruit salad is naturally sweet, light, and easy to prepare. A quick summer recipe that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup watermelon, cubed

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 peach or nectarine, sliced

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp lemon or lime juice

Instructions

Wash and prepare all fruits; place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add chopped mint and gently toss to combine.

Drizzle with lemon/lime juice and honey or maple syrup if using.

Sprinkle toasted almonds on top just before serving.

Serve chilled for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Use any fresh seasonal fruits you like—grapes, kiwi, mango, or cherries work well.

Add almonds right before serving to maintain crunch.

Can be made a few hours ahead and chilled in the fridge.
