Ingredients
4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your grill or oven broiler to medium-high heat.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center. Pull apart slightly to expose the meat.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Place lobster tails meat-side up on the grill or broiler pan. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
Remove from heat, brush with extra butter, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the lobster in garlic butter for 15 minutes before cooking.
You can substitute paprika with smoked paprika for a deeper flavor.
Watch carefully while broiling to prevent overcooking.
