Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Wooden or metal skewers

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice & zest, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add shrimp to marinade, mix well, and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp onto skewers.

Grill 2–3 minutes per side, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
