Description

This Summer Mixed Berry Fruit Salad is a vibrant and refreshing dish featuring an assortment of fresh berries, making it the perfect side or snack for a warm day.

 


Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup blackberries

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

Rinse all the berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
