Ingredients
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of melon)
Pinch of salt
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cut watermelon into cubes and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, sweetener (if using), and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.

Notes
For a smoother texture, strain the mixture before freezing to remove pulp.
