Ingredients

  • For the meatballs:

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • For the Alfredo sauce:
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the meatballs:
    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    4. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Make the Alfredo sauce:
    1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
    3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
    4. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
    5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine and serve:
    1. Add the cooked meatballs to the Alfredo sauce, gently tossing to coat them evenly.
    2. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure the meatballs are heated through.
    3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or with a side of vegetables.
