- Sliced strawberries and/or raspberries (for the stripes)
- Sliced bananas or marshmallows (optional, for the white stripes)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the sugar cookie dough package (typically around 350°F). Press the cookie dough into a pizza pan or onto a baking sheet, forming a large circle about 12 inches in diameter.
- Bake the cookie dough according to package instructions, usually 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely on the pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the blueberries in the upper left corner of the pizza to represent the stars of the flag. Use the strawberries and/or raspberries to create horizontal stripes across the pizza. If using, place sliced bananas or marshmallows between the red fruit stripes to represent the white stripes.
- Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to help set the topping and make it easier to slice.
- Slice and serve as you would a regular pizza.
