Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined.
  • Pour half of the batter over the crust. Spoon apple butter over the batter, then top with remaining batter.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
