Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust. Spoon apple butter over the batter, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
