Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sub rolls or baguettes, sliced open
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, marinara sauce, half of the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
