Savor a delicious Asian Ground Beef Noodles dish, combining savory beef, noodles, and veggies in a flavorful sauce. Ideal for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz rice noodles or spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in shredded carrots and sliced bell peppers, cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Use ground turkey or chicken as an alternative to beef for a lighter option.
