Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz rice noodles or spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in shredded carrots and sliced bell peppers, cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
