Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin-side up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
