Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
