Description

This Baked Tuscan Chicken Breasts recipe features juicy chicken smothered in a creamy garlic sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. A quick and flavorful dish for any night of the week!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach, and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  7. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with sauce spooned over.
