Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers.
  4. Grill or bake the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
