Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into squares
1 red onion, cut into chunks
½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
Soak skewers if using wood (30 min in water to prevent burning).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper.
