Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

 

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
  • Return cooked beef to the skillet and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and mix until well coated with Alfredo sauce.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
