Ingredients
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix until well coated with Alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
