Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, milk, and sour cream.
