Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
2 black tea bags
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative

Instructions
In a small saucepan, simmer the blackberries with honey (or sugar) until soft and syrupy (5–7 minutes).
Strain the blackberry syrup through a mesh sieve and set aside.
Steep the black tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove bags and let tea cool.
In a glass, combine cooled tea and blackberry syrup. Stir well.
Add ice cubes, then top with milk. Stir or layer for a latte effect.
Garnish with fresh blackberries or mint if desired.
