- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork or sausage
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup ketchup, divided
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking tray.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and mustard to make the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
