Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until just tender, about 5 minutes; drain well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, mayonnaise, and curry powder.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the broccoli and shredded chicken. Pour the soup mixture over the top.
