Description

Bubbling Pizza Casserole brings all your favorite pizza flavors into a delightful and easy casserole dish. Layered with noodles, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and loads of cheese, it's a crowd-pleaser that bakes up perfectly bubbly and golden.


Ingredients

  • Rotini pasta
  • Pizza sauce
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • Bell peppers, diced
  • Onions, diced
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta until just al dente, drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with pizza sauce, half the pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
