Ingredients
- Rotini pasta
- Pizza sauce
- Pepperoni slices
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- Bell peppers, diced
- Onions, diced
- Black olives, sliced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta until just al dente, drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with pizza sauce, half the pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
