Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  • Pour half of the batter over the crust. Arrange apple slices on top, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour remaining batter over apples.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, until the center is set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
