Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust. Arrange apple slices on top, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour remaining batter over apples.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, until the center is set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
