Description

These Caramel Apple Dessert Cups are the perfect fall treat! Featuring spiced apples layered with a creamy cheesecake filling, buttery graham cracker crust, and drizzled with caramel sauce, these no-bake dessert cups are quick and easy to make. Perfect for holiday gatherings or a cozy autumn dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups. Chill while preparing the rest.
  • In a pan, cook diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping.
  • Layer the cheesecake filling over the chilled graham cracker crust. Add a layer of the spiced apples on top.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best results.

Notes

  • Use any variety of apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for a sweet-tart balance.
  • These dessert cups can be assembled a day ahead and kept in the fridge.
  • For extra crunch, add crushed nuts or granola as a topping.
