Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups. Chill while preparing the rest.
- In a pan, cook diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping.
- Layer the cheesecake filling over the chilled graham cracker crust. Add a layer of the spiced apples on top.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best results.
