Ingredients
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Gradually stir in provolone and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Add paprika, then mix in the cooked tortellini and beef. Stir until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
