Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, jalapeños
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp of water. Cook for 2 minutes until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
- Spread refried beans and cooked rice onto each tortilla.
- Add a portion of the seasoned beef and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortillas into burritos, tucking in the ends.
- In a clean skillet, sear the burritos on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, and optional toppings.
