Description

This Cheesy Beefy Burrito Delight is loaded with seasoned ground beef, gooey melted cheese, and bold spices wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, this burrito is easy to make and satisfies every craving for comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, jalapeños


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp of water. Cook for 2 minutes until well combined.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  5. Spread refried beans and cooked rice onto each tortilla.
  6. Add a portion of the seasoned beef and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Roll the tortillas into burritos, tucking in the ends.
  8. In a clean skillet, sear the burritos on each side until golden brown.
  9. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and optional toppings.
