Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (pre-made or freshly made)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Press the meat mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
