Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add Alfredo sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken, then remove from heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
